- Provide general oversight of the housing units on the Meadow View Campus.
- Accept and process tenant applications.
- Handle tenant certification, recertification, and required inspections.
- Receive and receipt tenant rent and housekeeping payments for the three facilities.
- Assist with promotional activities for the housing units.
- Handle tenant questions, requests, etc., or obtain assistance from Plant Operations as needed.
- Prepare monthly reports for the YG Finance Department and reports required by USDA Rural Development, HUD, and Contract Management Services.
- Good communication skills, flexibility, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associates degree and/or secretarial training is preferred.
