    Job Title: B2B Marketing Intern

    Department: B2B Marketing

    Location: Austin, TX

    Status: Temporary Part-Time Non-Exempt

    Role Overview

    Are you looking to kickstart your career in marketing? Do you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments? Kasasa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our B2B (Business-to-Business) Marketing team. As a B2B Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in lead management, event management, advertising campaign tactics, and stakeholder reporting. You will also gain valuable skills in the software and platforms used by typical B2B teams, like Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, and more.

    Responsibilities

    • Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction.
    • Ensures B2B Marketing and Sales have high-quality lead data through research, updates, and imports into Salesforce CRM.
    • Routes leads accurately and efficiently to Business Development Team via Salesloft (sales engagement platform).
    • Partners with B2B Marketing Managers to build prospect lists for advertising campaigns.
    • Communicates effectively with 3rd party vendors regarding advertising campaigns and upcoming events.
    • Assists B2B Marketing team with research to identify new events and speaking opportunities for the Executive Team and others in the organization.
    • Develops reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM and distributes analysis to stakeholders.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
    • Familiarity with marketing principles, lead funnels, or data management is a plus.
    • Passion for learning and a desire to grow in the field of B2B Marketing.
    • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Sitting for extended periods of time; approximately 5-6 hours per day
    • Simultaneous use of hand, wrist and fingers
    • Daily operation of standard office equipment
    • Frequent use of oral communication to perform work
    • Lifts and moves up to 20 pounds occasionally
