    Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Under the direction of the Kitchen Lead, the Line Cook is responsible for prepare much of the food that comes out of the kitchenensuring all safety and food safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
    • Perform various tasks related to food preparation.
    • Completeorders in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of personal hygiene.
    • Following all Company safety and food safety protocols.Usekitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, warmers and rollers.
    • Other responsibilities include stocking product, daily set up, breakdown and cleaning of assigned areas.
    • Maintain all food temperatures according to state health and safety laws.Ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum 16 years of age.
    • California/Florida: Must obtain a Food Handler Card.
    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    • Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
    • Ability to satisfy all physical demandsincluding lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.
    • Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
