- Engages in and supports productivity in order to ensure access to the clients seeking services.
- Completes biopsychosocial assessments.
- Completes treatment plans in conjunction with clients.
- Provides appropriate counseling/therapy to clients.
- Works with medical providers to formulate cross-disciplinary treatment plans for complex cases.
- During initial session, explains services, rights and obtains client agreement by completing initial evaluation after three sessions.
- Keeps abreast of all insurance requirements and submits paperwork accordingly.
- Continually evaluates service and maintains a productivity level that adequately meets the goals of the department.
- Works directly with medical providers to collaboratively address clients/patients' needs and to support optimal medical and behavioral health.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
- Professional Licensure/Special Skills and Certification Required: Candidate has an active LICSW license.

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required.
Two years recent clinical experience working with individuals, children, and families is required, experience may be in an internship. Preference will be given to clinicians who are willing to treat all age groups.
