    DEALER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - DACH

    Position Summary
    Prospect, manage, and monitor new dealers in the region. He/She will oversee the establishment of new dealerships in collaboration with regional teams and support functions. Additionally, responsible for TMU management and succession planning/termination to enhance distribution solutions in inadequately covered areas.
    Role & Responsibility
    Responsible for building relationships with local competitive dealerships and entrepreneurs, maintaining detailed information on the local distribution competitive landscape.

    Responsible for scouting new dealers following the regional network strategy plan and presenting new dealer candidates to the Dealer Review Board.

    He/She will make recommendations for the best-qualified candidate.

    Upon the appointment of a new dealer, the Recruiter will be in charge of training and coordinating all activities related to the start-up of the new dealerships.

    Customize start-up packages for each dealership.

    Start-up activities for the dealership will include (but not limited to):

    Technical training (planning and follow-up on execution)
    Basic product training (planning and delivery of training)
    System training & administration (planning and follow-up on execution)
    First order submission
    Policy review and explanation
    Facility branding (planning and follow-up on execution)
    Capability review and action plan definition Y1 (Dealer Aftermarket Review planning and follow-up)

    Marketing plan definition Y1 Support DM in managing the market entry strategy of new dealers through direct customer visits (blitz campaigns), dealer rental investment promotion, press releases, and mailing to existing customers and/or prospects.

    Support to DM in TMU management process execution could be identified as (but not limited to):

    TMU/dealer prioritization
    Target setting
    Implementation of action plans Review coverage status and make timely management decisions. Closely monitor each dealer principals willingness/capability to maintain the dealership. Based on own data, DM input, and information from the Dealer Development support team, advise dealers on succession planning.
    Education & Training
    Commercial - Bachelor's degree - Equivalent acceptable.
    Knowledge & Skill
    Knowledge of CE distribution channels. Good understanding of the distribution model via dealers. Business acumen (e.g., finance). Very good language and negotiation skills in English and German. Ability to develop strategic views.
    Experience
    Travel standard - 50 to 70%.
    Deep experience in dealer network management, preferably in construction equipment. Minimum 5 to 7 years of business experience required, preferably in territory development.
