    What is the Enterprise Sales Director role?

    PCR serves a wide variety of clients including some of the most important global financial institutions and other market-leading companies.

    We have a multi-channel sales model that targets large enterprises, mid-market advisors and banks and wealth tech firms. This is an ideal opportunity for sales professionals with demonstrated skills in enterprise financial services sales.


    This opportunity will allow the salesperson to solve problems beyond Data aggregation and the ability to qualify and build an opportunity will be important to win deals.

    Ideally a person who has worked or has a strong understanding of financial operations will have an added advantage in this position.

    What is the nature of the team I will work with?
    This is an individual contributor role that is part of a growing team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
    What would be my specific responsibilities?
    Generates and develops new business to meet specified goals.
    Develops customer relations including but not limited to sales leads, research, cold calling,
    qualifying leads, developing leads, and customer service.

    Maintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing customers, assuring all existing customers are contacted regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and develop need-based marketing relations.

    Develops and implements a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue and aggressively acquire new accounts.

    Seeks and creates opportunities to expand business with current clients and identifies further business needs and develops and presents solutions.

    Grows existing accounts and prospective clients to full potential and generates maximum revenue on a long-term basis.
    Attends conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysis.
    Regularly interact with executives of major and prospective clients.
    Analyzes existing and anticipated client needs and promotes company services to fill such requirements.
    Manages the preparation and implementation of sales and business development plans, sales forecasts, and strategies.
    Formulates the overall objectives and strategy to develop a high-value relationship within all targeted areas of the accounts.
    Understands prospective client's culture, product portfolio, competitive position, financial state, investment plan, organization structure and key decision makers.
    Functions as liaison between client companies and operations staff.
    Map target opportunities identifying influencers, decision makers and champions.
    Leverage relationships and networks (personal, LinkedIn, etc.) to find entries into target opportunities.
    Work within the company's sales process to accurately assess opportunity stage.
    Keep accurate records of sales contacts and next actions.
    Maintain a defensible forecast of new business closes.
    Assist marketing team in developing strategies and targets for campaigns.
    Efficiently engage technology and operation teams to support more technical aspects of sales.
    Adhere to Company contract and pricing controls.
    What are the skills I must demonstrate to be successful?
    Track record of over-achieving quota
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    Strong listening and presentation skills
    Professional presence needed to face off with senior executives at prospects.
    What experience will set me apart for this role?
    BA/BS degree or equivalent

    Experience of selling solution and services to Wealth management eco system such as Independent Wealth managers, large Wealth management banks, Technology partners to Wealth mangers and asset owners service providers like Tamarac, Adeppar, Solovis etc.

    A strong understanding of the wealth management and/or asset owners ecosystems, how it works, Key players and trends they are seeing, what are the challenges and opportunities in the eco system.

    The person should have the ability to understand and clearly define client challenges through a solution selling consultative approach.
