As the Assistant Controller, you'll have a vital role in managing daily and monthly accounting tasks.


Responsibilities:
Participate in annual and midyear budgeting processes. Collaborate with Plant Accounting to execute month-end and weekly closing tasks. Ensure compliance with annual audit requirements. Prepare and deliver monthly results reports to Corporate. Monitor weekly budget and forecast tracking. Prepare weekly and monthly bank reconciliations. Reconcile monthly subledger data with the General Ledger (GL). Prepare monthly report data for corporate and the management team. Track Capital Expense budget. Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations. Perform global intercompany accounting and reconciliation. Maintain Fixed Assets reconciliation.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

5 years of accounting/finance experience 5years of experience with general ledger accounting, period end close and financial analysis Experience with ERP systems.

Prefer:
4years of manufacturing industry experience
