Job summary
As part of the largest mobility network in North America,Bags is on a mission to make every moment matter for a world on the go.This role oversees operations to ensure timely communication between clients,pasengers,and agents.The Passenger Service Dispatcher will receive tickets,take calls from service crews,direct wheelchair assistants to flights,follow up on work orders,messages,and information using telephones or two-way radios.The primary responsibility is dispatching wheelchair vehicles as well as filling in for Wheelchair Assistants when necessary
This role requires high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.Must be at least 18 years old.Available to work various shifts.Able to obtain an Airport Badge required.Experience preferred in dispatching coordinating transportation routes for groups of people.Skillful in communicating using two-way radio telephone equipment.Computer skills including Microsoft Office,internet,e-mail etc.Excel experience preferred.
