Strategic Project and Engagement Analyst

Key Role:

Work closely with the client to advance command objectives by coordinating strategic engagement opportunities with federal, non-federal, and local entities, including other military organizations, government agencies, academic institutions, and think-tanks. Collaborate in strategy development and implementation planning. Coordinate requests and requirements for VIP visits and other special projects. Prepare and present briefings, decision reports, and strategic communication products for executive-level leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with engagement planning
• Experience supporting the federal government
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders to coordinate events or meetings
• Ability to manage multiple high priority, high visibility tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail in all aspects of client delivery
• Ability to promptly and professionally respond to client requests
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the Navy or Combatant Commands
• Experience with Indo-Pacific topics or organizations
• Experience with Congress and Tier 0 stakeholders
• Experience briefing or interacting with senior executive stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and with counterparts in various organizations
• Ability to demonstrate positive and proactive professionalism, personal initiative, and accountability
• Ability to create talking points, information papers, and presentations to share facts and recommendations
• Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
