EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a new colleague to join our global My Workplace team as Senior Administrator. My Workplace service is mainly responsible for the endpoints within ANDRITZ, which are:
•Virtual Workplace (CVAD/Citrix solution)
•Standard Workstation
•Smart Devices aka. Mobile Device Management
My Workplace service is a global service which provides E2E service across the globe, a multinational team with a vendor to support it. Our main goal is to provide secured, well performed, smooth and reliable service to our business.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•Candidate will have 10 years overall experience in Citrix and must have 5 years of recent experience working with the Citrix Workspace as a Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Architecture including design, configuration.
•Good Network understanding (Net Scaler)
•Good understanding of Microsoft client and OS, virtualized application delivery, and maintaining virtualized environments. Experience with other endpoints (workstations & mobile devices),
•Good understanding of software packaging and distribution by using SCCM/MECM and Intune has a great advantage.
•Prior experience using a Collaboration Tool (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint for document management and sharing)
•Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
•Must have excellent English skills, both verbal and written
•Highly self-motivated possessing ability to prioritize and adapt efficiently with minimal supervision.
•Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet established deadlines with little supervision. To thrive in a fast-paced work environment with strong problem-solving skills and well organized, structured work habits.
•Ability to work within a virtual team in an international environment.
•Experience using Atlassian JIRA for project and task management
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:
•Act as a technical subject matter expert on design, development, implementation & deployment of Citrix solutions.
•Feels comfortable to work as technical project manager, solution designer, analyzing errors and participating in the complex troubleshooting sessions and roadmap co-creator for CVAD and possibly the other endpoints.
•Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines with little supervision
•Expected to lead group discussions and give group presentations
•5%-10% travel is expected. Some international travel may be required. More could be required due to other task or projects
•Occasional after hours, weekend, and on call duties may be required
•Perform other tasks that may be required
