- Process transactions and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Create, verify, and reconcile inventory counts in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley
- Manage the accounting for and disposition of claims, returns, scrap, and re-work including any associated shipments.
- Perform daily efficient truck routing using Ortec routing software, create and submit vendor-managed bulk orders using Optifill and Dash software.
- Point of contact for Sales Team on any issues/concerns with customer deliveries, changes, requests, or customer/sales pickups
- Provide as a backup for other functions as required by the facility manager/supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a manufacturing, customer service and/or warehouse environment
- Good verbal and written skills, must be proficient with a computer, direct knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- This position requires the individual to be able to lift 40lbs a few times per shift
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
