Our role as the nations largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.     Duties & Responsibilities:

    Payroll Monitoring

    Rules Engine processing/Monitoring

    OCR Monitoring

    Monitoring Web Services Mail and Fax folders

    Jobs monitoring, re-triggering on failure and troubleshooting

    Monitoring and troubleshooting SQL sessions for table locking

    Retriggering failed jobs

    Batch Management

    Scheduled Jobs Monitoring

    Escalation to on-call/infrastructure team members

    365-day support

    Pre-payroll to payroll job monitoring

    ETL Jobs monitoring

    Sending daily updates of process schedules

    Troubleshooting common issues

    Data Analysis/Data Engineering: Applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to derive meaningful insights, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making

    Required Skills:

    Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel.

    Coursework or hands-on projects demonstrating data analysis skills.

    Familiarity with data visualization techniques (experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus).

    Basic understanding of statistical methods.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

    Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    Education & Experience:

    Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information systems, Data Science, or a relevant field.

    0 -1 years of experience or a prior internship experience as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst / Data Engineer

    Working Conditions:

    Currently, the team provides 365-day nightly support including weekends and holidays.

    Work Hours - 11 PM 5 AM Eastern.

    The base pay listed may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for a performance-based incentive as part of total compensation.
