Job summary
Greet members and guests directs inquiries to proper parties answer phones scheduling rescheduling canceling appointments run all billing CHITS for fitness related services Keep Fitness Spa area clean tidy for members guests Providing professional friendly courteous atmosphere for all members
- Answer incoming calls to the fitness spa desk
- Coordinating and scheduling all massage facial appointments
- Communicating with the desk supervisor for ordering of all supplies for the fitness facility PO requisitions inventory
- Fitness billing through the JONAS system Copying printing gift certificates redeeming for all staff services paying close attention to matters that may require adjustments Tracking daily monthly traffic Assisting customers with general questions may include assisting members in the gym area Maintain inventory for supplies as well as Dermatological products Maintain sales quota Dermatological products promotions Maintaining communications with desk manager to ensure proper procedures are met training understanding is adequate Schedule may vary will at times include evenings weekends Charge accounts record document member's accounts Fitness Spa related costs items sessions etc Running all billing CHITS FITNESS SPA related services Good attendance punctuality important position Convey rules regulations needed Fitness Spa area Performs other duties necessary maintain consistent level of customer service expected by membership standard FITNESS SPA industry Promote fitness programs contests FITNESS SPA department Ability work among FITNESS SPA staff breaks floor coverage orientations etc Portray enthusiastic about FITNES SSAport any other tasks assigned management Knowledge skills abilities Must have knowledge commonly used concepts practices procedures within country clubFITNESS SAarea Must possess excellent interpersonal skills Must possess excellent written verbal communication skills Must possess excellent organizational skills coordinate complete tasks limited supervision Must detailoriented individual possess time management skills Maintain high performance standards Fluent reading writing English ability recognize signs symbols Ability deal routine changes often Ability deal effectively tactfully employees management members Ability work fast paced environment Excellent sales communication skills Thorough understanding Quail Ridge Club policies procedures Must some computer skills including use Microsoft Office programs Education experience High School Diploma equivalent required Previous clerical reception work experience required Knowledge Microsoft applications typing ability customer focus driven maintaining above standards desk operations Seasonalyearly commitment desired comfortable working FITNES SSArea willing assist other areas CPRAED certification desirable Able lift least lbs bend lor heavier objects equipment FITNES SAfacility Drug Free Workplace DFWP Equal Employment Opportunity We participate E Verify
