- Ensuring the successful implementation and integration of our cybersecurity solutions for our clients
- Customer on-boarding – work with our new customers to design, deploy, configure and integrate Intezer solutions in their environment and workflows.
- Customer ongoing communication – proactively reach out to our users and offer advice, best practices and more to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Support – assist customers with their product questions and issues, and work internally with the Intezer team to resolve the issues and answer questions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate potential risks that would threaten renewals.
- Monitor and maintain client health score and proactively drive action throughout the customer lifecycle to reduce churn risk
- Communicate customer needs to Intezer's product teams
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles with security teams (preferably SOC).
- Experience in deployment and managing cyber security products (preferably security automation related products).
- Basic experience with Python coding
- Experience working with web services and APIs
- Familiarity with the different products, processes and ecosystem that security teams usually have
- Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and technical concepts.
- Experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Python
