    Description

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a new team member to join us as a People & Culture Recruiter, Campus at our company. If you love recruiting and have experience in finding the best talent, then this might be the perfect role for you!

    Job Duties:

    • Recruits on college campuses to fill entry-level and intern positions
    • Acts as primary recruiting point of contact for specific candidates
    • Develops relationships with faculty, career office employees, and students
    • Selects and trains internal client service volunteers for campus representation
    • Implements sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates
    • Manages a regional campus recruitment plan
    • Evaluates campus recruiting programs and leads change when needed
    • Utilizes firm standard tools for recruiting and hiring activity
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferred in human resources field

    Experience:

    • Prior recruiting experience required
    • Prior college recruiting experience preferred
    • Experience working within a professional services environment preferred
    • Experience within a human resources practice preferred

    Software:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred

    Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of the urgency in the talent acquisition process
    • Analytical and diagnostic skills to resolve inquiries efficiently
    • Capacity to manage and prioritize projects effectively
    • Comfortable with medium to high call volumes
    • Ability to travel to college campuses for events

    Note: Individual salaries offered to candidates are determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
