- Assist with marketing campaigns and database management
- Drive online traffic by developing internet presence and improving visibility

- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and website updates
- Work alongside the Senior Manager to improve the digital platforms for the business and subsidiary businesses
- Working knowledge and experience of email marketing automation to drive effective email campaigns
- Support local content requirements and uploads to websites
- Manage and develop content, landing pages and campaigns CTAs
- Maintaining brand compliance with the graphics design team
- Manage, support and execute local events (seminars, webinars, conferences) through fruition; including follow ups and lead distributions
- Plan events within a budget and existing deadline
- Writing briefings, preparing marketing statistics and analyzing data
- Order, ship and maintain promotional items as needed
- Manage all marketing collateral and translation of updated content
- College diploma or university degree in business, marketing or communications.
- 2+ years of experience with marketing, advertising or agency experience
- Proficiency in Native French speaking and written skills with English language skills is a must
- Willing to travel 25% to European countries and to an annual conference in the United States
- Working knowledge and experience of email marketing automation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential to the role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
