Reporting Relations:

Reports to District Store Director, Store Manager, and Assistant Managers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides friendly customer service and addresses customers' needs.
• Greets customers warmly and assists them throughout the store.
• Answers incoming calls promptly and assists customers.
• Works collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists with packaging purchases and maintains cleanliness in the store.
• Helps train new staff members and ensures product organization.
• Checks and maintains product prices and stock levels.
• Assists customers with transporting purchases.
• Maintains store supplies and adheres to company policies.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in various departments and delivers products to customers.
• Performs tasks like shoveling, salting walkways, and store maintenance.
• Supports other areas of the store when needed.
• Completes additional duties and projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

• Ability to follow instructions and handle various tasks.
• Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to interact with people effectively.

Education and Experience:

No specific education or experience requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift objects, perform physical activities, and have visual and auditory capabilities.

Working Conditions:

Exposure to noise, temperature variations, and chemicals.

Equipment Used to Perform Job:

Utilizes various equipment including Tomra machines, cleaning tools, and delivery vehicles.

Contacts:

Regular interactions with customers and occasional contact with suppliers and vendors.
