    Virtual Position for Full Time SLPs (Speech Language Pathologist)- Missouri School District

    Soliant is actively seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with some previous remote experience for a position in Missouri. Our ideal applicant will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing treatments for various speech and communication disorders, aiming to facilitate the success of our students.     Requirements:

    • Possession of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Adaptability and flexibility in a remote work environment with flexible schedules
    • Proactive in implementing effective strategies

    Job Details:

    • Full-timeavailability based on 1099 contracts
    • Remote work starting in August 2024 for the remainder of the ongoing school year
    • Weekly payment every Friday
    • Contractual work hours (35-40hrs/wk)

    Responsibilities Overview:

    • Conduct assessments and diagnosis of communication disorders
    • Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations
    • Provide individual or group speech and language therapy to students
    • Maintain organized records of evaluations and therapy sessions
    • Monitor progress, collect data, and regularly communicate with parents/guardians
