    Job Summary The CPSO (Contractor Program Security Officer) will assist with addressing compliance of the Aerospace Corporation Special Access Programs (SAP) Enterprise.

    Responsible for the security administration, management and operations of the facilities associated to these programs.

    The Sr CPSO is the primary interface with Aerospace Program Management and government agencies/customers regarding program security matters and requirements.

    Responsible for providing security support ensuring classified information is properly safeguarded and will provide on-site support for all security actions in accordance with corporate and governmental policies and directives.

    Work Model This position will be 100% onsite and can be at one of the following locations:
    Chantilly, VA Crystal City, VA Colorado Springs, CO El Segundo, CA What You'll Be Doing * Prepares for inspections across the SAP enterprise (conducts self-inspections) * Provides initial program indoctrination security briefing and refreshers * Conducts formal security education and training materials/events * Maintains access rosters * Maintains access management systems * Maintains classified material accountability records (inventory, receipts, transmittal, or disposition records) * Ensures adherence to any applicable laws as well as any SCI or SAP security policies and requirements

    • Creates, updates, and maintains SOPs and coordinates approval with government customers
    • Assist in the development of Program Protection Plans
    • Conducts pre and post-travel briefings and oversees foreign travel and contact reporting. For SAP reporting, obtain completed forms from foreign travel/contact POC and send to the customer
    • Coordinates the visitor control process for SAP meetings
    • Coordinates initial access eligibility determinations and creates PARs or SCI nominations
    • Maintain personnel security records for SAP and SCI related programs to include the use of JPAS, and Scattered Castles
    • Preparation and updates DD254s
    • Interprets and implements security classification guidance

    • Coordinates with IA team to provide customer requirements and help implement ConMon tasks as required
    • Coordinates with Physical Security on any program construction needs/modifications to the facility What You Need to be

    Successful Minimum Requirements:
    * 10 or more years of relevant experience with High School Diploma

    • Current TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP accesses. U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
    • Previous CPSO experience
    • Knowledgeable of the DoD SAP Manuals, Vol 1-4, and ICD series manuals How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
