POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in keeping operations running seamlessly.
This is not just a front desk role — it's the operational heartbeat of our office.
You will be the first impression of Luminos Creative while also serving as a key internal partner across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Office Operations & Organization
- Oversee daily office functions including reception, mail, filing, and maintaining a professional workspace
- Ensure the office is organized, stocked, and operating efficiently at all times
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Front Desk & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and team members
- Greet guests and manage front desk check-ins with professionalism
- Communicate confidently in both English and Spanish
Administrative & Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and event logistics
- Assist with internal projects and company initiatives
Facilities & Logistics
- Coordinate maintenance requests and workplace improvements
- Manage deliveries and packages (must be able to lift/move 50+ lbs when needed)
- Support vendor coordination and office logistics
Requirements
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of office coordination or administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to lift/move packages 50 lbs or more
- Must be located in Houston, TX and able to work in-office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trilingual (English, Spanish, and Vietnamese).
- Experience managing vendors, facilities, or conference/event logistics.
- Proven ability to improve office operations and streamline workflows.
- Basic bookkeeping experience.

Hourly Rate Range: $ $27.40 per hour - Based on experience
