- Develop and execute forecasting models that consider historical sales data, industry trends, marketing initiatives, and other relevant factors.
- Responsible for MRP process to ensure accurate purchase of product to plan.
- Lead and support the monthly forecast process by working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and the distribution of sales orders.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts or surpluses.
- Develop and recommend production schedules, purchasing plans, and inventory levels.
- Identify and mitigate risk associated with demand fluctuations.
- Bachelor's degree or practical experience in Demand Planning/Supply Chain
- Previous experience leading others as a manager, supervisor, or lead associate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Demand Planning software and advanced/proficient Excel skills
- Ability and passion to learn and master supply chain software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot, problem solve and meet deadlines
