Job summary
This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. As a Financial Readiness Support Specialist you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to clients seeking financial assistance and guidance.Responsibilities include welcoming visitors screening phone calls distributing program applications and assisting clients with paperwork to meet program standards facilitating client out-processing contributing to the development of essential documents such as Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and After Action Reviews AARs maintaining program records utilizing information systems for document uploads supporting social media campaigns and community outreach efforts scheduling appointments performing administrative duties collaborating closely with the Program Manager to meet program objectives.
