4 Corner Resources is hiring an Infor Application Specialist Lead who has worked with Infor Hospitality Management Systems (HMS) and Infor Sales Catering Solutions. This is a fully onsite opportunity located in Orlando, FL. This is a 6-month contract with the intent to convert permanently based on budget and client needs. This individual will need to have the ability to travel 50-75% of the time in the year of 2026.

We are seeking someone who has prior experience in the hospitality event management and sales space.

Infor Application Specialist Lead Responsibilities:

• Develop training classes and materials for end users on Infor-based software applications.
• Assist the help desk with completing work orders for assigned Infor-based applications.
• Responsible for new user setup and assigned applications.
• Works alongside the Tech support manager to delegate workload.
• Perform onsite walk-throughs regularly to ensure applications are functioning properly.
• Solving complex business problems with Infor-based software applications.
• Coordinate users, vendors, support staff, and service in an organized manner to complete approved projects.

Infor Application Specialist Lead Qualifications:

• Must have 1-3 years' experience with Infor- Hospitality Management System and Infor Sales and Catering Solutions.
• Must have experience with MS Office Automation, Excel, and an understanding in guest accounting.
• Ability to implement and create training programs.
• Comfortable presenting in front of Sr. Executives and large groups of users.
• Must have the ability to travel approximately 50-75% in 2026.
• HFTP membership preferred (not required).
• CHTP designation preferred (not required).
