Job summary
The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead and manage a team of sales associates in one or more retail stores.Responsibilities include leading the execution of customer brand promises, implementing shrink and safety programs, staffing the store with qualified team members,
and interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
This is a full-time position requiring regular bending, lifting,
carrying, reaching and stretching as well as some lifting of heavy items.
