Responsibilities
The Director of Dining Services is responsible for planning, directing, controlling, and supervising functions and personnel within the dietary department. Our Director of Dining Services are also responsible for safely and efficiently providing nutritionally appropriate food to residents for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing their overall health. Director of Dining Services ensure the provision of quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
Requirements
Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of one years work in kitchen/dining services in a Senior Living Facility or other institutional setting preferred.
Food service supervisory experience required; at least two years experience in long-term care preferred.
