- Keep track of tardies for Saturday D-Hall
- Register new students
- Requesting and receiving of new student's records
- Make new student folders
- Prepare expulsion and alternative school letters
- Send student records to requesting schools

- Scheduling Building/Grounds Use
- PEIMS Dropout Report
- Distribution of U.S. and district mail
- Clean out/Prepare new folders for outgoing 8th graders
- Make Secondary Permanent and Test Record cards for incoming 6th graders
