    We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Radiology Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

    You will operate various imaging equipment, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the accurate capture of images for diagnosis and treatment planning.


    Schedule:
    Monday – Friday 11:00am – 7:00pm

    Sign on Bonus:
    $10k, distributed over time
    *Perform Diagnostic Imaging Procedures:
    • Conduct a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, Ultrasounds,CT scans, MRI scans, and fluoroscopies, and Mammography according to physician orders and department protocols.

    Operate Imaging Equipment:

    • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols. Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate with appropriate personnel for maintenance and repairs.

    Image Processing and Analysis:

    • Process and analyze imaging results to ensure quality and accuracy. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to identify abnormalities and assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve imaging services. Follow established protocols for image quality control, radiation safety, and infection control.
    Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
    *Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) with Texas Medical Board

    • Strong understanding of radiographic techniques, equipment operation, and radiation safety practices.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
