    Overview:

    Position Summary:


    The Procurement Analyst supports the VP of Contracts and Procurement with the administrative workload, focusing on evaluating and registering new and existing suppliers (due diligence), managing the centralized Clinic purchasing catalog for multiple categories, weekly or monthly reporting of KPIs and spend trends, conducting strategic sourcing activities such as RFPs, and in the future processing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and assisting with technology implementations.

    Responsibilities:
    This position is in office, based in Louisville, KY or does have the option to be remote.


    Essential Functions:
    Ensure business and users are using procurement systems and processes wisely and effectively in alignment with newly established policies
    Key team member of new system and business process solution projects, participating in designing, testing, training and deploying of solutions
    Liaises with IT and Clinic Operations teams to ensure continuity of the acquisition of goods and services, including supplier selection and coordination and organization of RFPs
    Records supplier performance information and supports in vendor management reviews
    Identify, evaluate and contract new suppliers and maintain contract database
    Maintain and scrub large data sets, including developing reporting on monthly KPIs and monitoring spend trends by supplier and category
    Maintain office supplies purchasing catalog in Amazon Business, Concur expense reporting, Clinic Equipment purchase history, and support policy building in Travel platform or similar tools

    Communication Skills:
    Strong written and verbal communication in English

    Accountability:
    Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines and targets

    Analytical Skills:
    Strong problem solving skills and techniques. Able to understand and carry out spend analysis and draw out conclusions

    Technical Knowledge:
    Knowledge of Procurement processes (primarily Indirect): Category Planning, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management

    and how to apply them is desirable

    Team/Customer Focus:
    Able to work with and influence many different stakeholders across multiple brands and business units, a change agent with rigorous, organized, and effective time management

    Motivation:
    Strong desire to learn and develop in Procurement and Physical Therapy workspace

    Bachelors Degree in Procurement, Business, Analytics, Finance, or related subject
    Basic experience in Procurement, Analytics is desirable
    Minimum 2 years experience in related field (procurement, supply chain, data analytics, system analytics, training)
