    The primary focus of every team member is to deliver exceptional guest service and high-quality experiences.

    • Take accurate orders, follow serving procedures, and ensure prompt delivery of beverages and food items.
    • Enforce local, state, and federal alcohol laws by verifying ID's and adhering to responsible drinking practices.
    • Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining a clean environment with attention to detail in cleanliness tasks using cleaning agents as needed. Utilize the POS system for seamless order processing (preferably MICROS).
