- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Sort, label, and file documents according to predetermined classification systems.
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and stored in the correct location for easy retrieval.
- Retrieve documents upon request and deliver them to appropriate personnel.
- Perform periodic audits to ensure files are up-to-date and in compliance with organizational policies.
- Scan and digitize paper documents to create electronic records.
- Assist with document retrieval during audits, legal proceedings, or other special projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support such as photocopying, shredding, and data entry as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines.
- Familiarity with document management software and electronic filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes of documents as required.
