Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager located in Auburn Hills, MI.

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance team, ensuring compliance with quality standards, developing and implementing quality control processes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in quality assurance and management, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of ISO and IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP processes and standards
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in quality management software and tools, including statistical analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma, is a plus

Requirements

5+ Years experience in Quality Management
Experience in fast paced environment (Automotive preferred)
Bachelors Degree or comparable industry experience
