    Clinical Director of Operations - Integrated Outpatient Facility

    Director , you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.


    iCare Health Services is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to run the day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the programs/facility.


    Primary responsibility for the development, implementation and achievement of the program's strategic business plan in conjunction with routine operations to include: quality of services, staff development, maintenance of licensure and accreditations, financial performance and continuous performance improvement.

    Monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and are adhering to the approved budgets. The incumbent will be challenged with growing and expanding the current business model.

    Develops and monitors the processes and procedures that support integration of behavioral health into all Clinical Operations programs.

    Manages the development and integration of behavioral health clinical services for all Clinical Operations programs

    Collaborates with department leadership to facilitate appropriate process improvement strategies related to behavioral health integration processes.

    Collaborates and identifies appropriate metrics and outcomes related to integrated behavioral health services.

    Collaborates with leadership as part of the escalation team supporting behavioral health issues for Clinical Operations

    Ability to supervise a diverse population of staff from BHT's to peer support, etc

    Qualification

    Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health, or related degree required


    A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a healthcare setting or managed care company, with experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, psychoeducation and psychotherapy process groups, and utilization management, or case management.

    5+ years' experience as a supervisor or manager in a clinical or managed care setting.

    LCSW, or LPC, or other healthcare related independent licensure required

    Must be at least (21 years of age) per Arizona Administrative Code R

    Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment

    Must have or obtain a valid Arizona Driver License, be 21 years of age

    Current certificate to perform CPR and First Aid for Children and Adults

    Computer Literacy:

    Ability to function in a multi-system Microsoft environment using Word, Outlook, iCare Intranet, the Internet, and department software applications.

    Empathy / Customer Service:

    Ability to solve problems through systematic analysis of processes with sound judgment; Has a realistic understanding of relevant issues.


    Technical Skills:
    Knowledge of behavioral health or substance use integrated service methodologies; Advanced knowledge of managed care principles; Advanced knowledge of Utilization, Case and/or Disease Management BH programs;; presentation skills, Working knowledge of training and marketing of Integrated Behavioral Health


    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $90, $110,000.00 per year
