    As a vital member of our team, you'll dive into the dynamic world of aerospace manufacturing, collaborating with seasoned professionals to revolutionize the industry. You'll have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, gaining hands-on experience in process improvement, production optimization, and cutting-edge technology implementation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to develop and implement inspection plans and procedures.
    • Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
    • Assist in statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
    • Participate in root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions.
    • Support documentation maintenance and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Assist in equipment and process qualification/validation.
    • Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and provide technical support to manufacturing personnel.
    • Capable of working with all areas of the organization; to include Operators, Engineers, Leads, Quality, EH&S, and Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO) team.
    • Learn to interpret blueprints, dimensions, symbols, and geometric tolerances based on customer specifications.
    • Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Travel to other Pursuit Aerospace sites may be offered and/or required.
    • Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security.

    Education and/or Experience:
    • Must have a high school diploma and be actively enrolled in an accredited University.
    • Interest in mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
    • Basic understanding of mechanical components and machine design.
    • Ability to work independently, as well as perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
