POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst will support Budgets, Forecasts, MORs and Financial Analysis for a hospital/market and related entities.

Responsibilities

Provide financial support to hospital CFOs and FP&A leadership
Forecasting and budgeting
Capital expenditures, proformas and lookbacks
Analysis and comparisons of actual results to forecasts and budgets
Monthly Operating Review file prep and analysis
Ad hoc financial requests

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in a related field
2+ years of related experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Financial acumen and strong analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task
Commitment to development of self and others
