    Job Description


    • Job Title: Operations Coordinator
    • Job Description: Mota Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to coordinate daily shipment by preparing shipping labels, calculating transportation rates, and coordinating pick-ups with couriers. Maintaining all shipping documentation in an organized manner.
    • Type: Temporary to Permanent
    • General Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week 8:30am-5:30pm. Irregular hours, and after hours as needed.
    • Availability: Immediate Opening

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates all shipments by preparing shipping documents.
    • Using various computer applications (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and others) to process shipping documentation and to make shipping labels (domestic and international).
    • Maintain and organize operational reports.
    • Arrange shipping/transportation, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
    • Recognize possible and existing service failures and issues and effectively communicate it to management or customer service as needed.
    • Professionally communicate with customers in email and telephone interactions.
    • Continually review freight costs and transportation rates to keep costs down where possible.
    • Perform other tasks as required by management.
    Qualifications

    • Must have strong Excel knowledge
    • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, and problem-solving
    • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
    • Superior attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Experience with Forwarders, Shipping / Logistics, Customs, FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS is a plus
    • Good research skills
    • Legal to work in the United States OR school authorization, and be able to pass background check and screening
