    Description
    Position Summary
    • The Regional Manager is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the regional office, including supervising a team of case managers and nurses who offer services to individuals enrolled in the Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program. They lead business development activities in the assigned region, establish crucial relationships with DCH and GHCA personnel, and act as an ambassador of SJCHS. Additionally, they support financial and resource planning, ensure compliance with policies, and handle required reports.

    Education
    • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
