Business Analyst II - Lake Mary

Partner with product owners and business leaders to shape the roadmap for digital portals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user experience standards Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform portal enhancements and long-term product evolution Identify opportunities to digitize manual workflows, improve self-service, and enhance portal functionality Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with cross-functional stakeholders Translate business needs into clear,
concise user stories,
and functional requirements Maintain a deep understanding of portal architecture,integrations,data flows,and system dependencies Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive,,modern,and accessible portal experiences Analyze user feedback session analytics,and pain points to recommend continuous improvements Advocate for best practices in navigation content organization,digital self-service Partner closely with engineering teams refine requirements,support sprint planning ensure successful delivery Validate technical designs against business requirements;ensure traceability from concept through deployment Lead UAT planning,test case creation defect tracking launch readiness activities Provide clear communication on project status risks decisions senior leaders project teams Support training documentation change management efforts drive adoption of portal updates Act as subject matter expert for portal capabilities,business rules integrated processes
