Job summary
We're seeking a Manager in Atlanta in Organizational Strategy to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.We're looking for process optimization business architecture and/or capability and value stream modelling experts to help us grow further.
At North Highland you'll work in collaborative teams bringing together operating model & organizational design workforce optimization digital and tech to embed results with our clients.
You Will
- Uses Process expertise to lead delivery across complex engagements maximize delivery impact transform the client's thinking and influence their decision making.
- Dive deep into the challenges facing clients think big and draw on your personal point of view to develop creative solutions to their toughest business problems.
