- Site specific assignments can vary; however, you will work at one primary care clinic location for approximately 3 month assignments, with ample notification on any assignment changes.
- Fill in for physicians on leaves of absences, or in clinics with vacancies.
- Outpatient clinic only responsibilities.
- No call is required.
- Monday - Friday, days hours and no evening or weekend hours.
- Patient encounters average between 18 – 22 in an 8 hour shift.
- Full time or Part time opportunities available.
- Participation in monthly clinic meetings.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
- Salaried position

- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Family Nurse Practitioner training program.
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.

- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
