- Seeking a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist in Phoenix, AZ.
- Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex property insurance claims.
- Utilize technology for a virtual-first approach to inspections and claims handling.
- Field Adjusters may travel when needed with a company vehicle provided.
- Manage complex claims caseload and facilitate resolution with internal and external partners.
- Investigate claim damages and negotiate settlements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize estimating technology platforms and tools to manage claims.
- Support catastrophe response operations as needed.
- Act as a resource for colleagues and solve complex problems independently.
- US Military service experience or a Military spouse/domestic partner.
- Experience with higher severity/complex losses and virtual claims handling.
- Industry designations and certifications such as AINS, CPCU, or Xactimate Level 1.
- Prior deployments for catastrophe support.
- Active Adjuster License and residency in Phoenix, AZ.
- Ability to meet driving requirements and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Capability to inspect confined spaces and traverse roofs.
