    Job Description:

    Join our team at Lumentum as a Technical Lead for RF/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer, where you will lead the development of cutting-edge RF circuits for optical communications. We are on the lookout for skilled RF IC design engineers who are eager to enhance their technical expertise in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

    Your Role:

    You will collaborate with a skilled team to create innovative circuits addressing bandwidth challenges in AI/ML applications. This role offers a close-knit team setting in a fantastic location, encouraging personal interactions. You will work alongside a team of highly qualified engineers, both locally and globally.

    Requirements:

    To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong technical leadership with a successful track record in RF IC design utilizing SiGe or CMOS technologies. Experience in developing full Driver or TIA circuits for mass production is essential.

    • Preferably hold a PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 7 years' experience in SiGe, CMOS RF, Mixed-signal, and Analog design.
    • Ability to translate specifications into circuit architectures for Driver or TIA design.
    • Lead the development of Driver or TIA circuits, engaging in all stages with clear specifications for collaboration with other engineers.
    • Proficient in Cadence RF simulation and Layout tools, with hands-on layout experience impacting circuit performance. Sound knowledge of PDK and its role in Monte-Carlo simulations and performance evaluation.
    • Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with global teams are vital aspects of this role.
    • In addition to TIA and Driver design, expertise in RF circuits for optical and wireless communications, Low-Noise amplifiers, Variable gain amplifiers, Band-gap reference, PLL, signal integrity, ESD, Microwave or RF engineering, and system-level design tools are preferred.

    Pay Range:

    P95-USA-1 :$174, - $249,
