    Events and Marketing Coordinator Parsippany, NJ 3 Days onsite 2 days remote (Must be local to NJ area)6+ month contract per hour W2No Corp to Corp or 3rd party agencies pleaseWe are looking for to Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our team of professionals and collaborate with commercial marketing team including trade shows, samples, specification site maintenance, and more.

    This position requires previous trade show/event planning with demonstrated experience on your resume.

    The selected individual will be responsible for facilitating communication, proactively conducting project status meetings, and keeping the commercial marketing team abreast of key projects.

    Must have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across various business functions and may be responsible for performing high level business analysis and requirements gathering for various projects.


    In this position you will:


    Support key commercial Trade ShowsFacilitate needs for commercial trade show events in collaboration with the events team, exhibit house, and internal stakeholders.

    Identify products and services for display at key trade shows for various audiences including contractors, consultants, and architects.
    Communicate with sales and product management for trade show booth duty and align with events team.

    Collaborate with email team for invites and thank youAdministrative review of documents on specification sitesAssist the Business Development team in its effort to update documentation on spec websites.

    Identify out-of-date documents and pull the recent copy from an internal repository.
    Collaborate, as necessary, with product managers to ensure the most updated documentation is available.
    Support miscellaneous marketing projectsCollaborate with third party vendors for sample production and fulfillment.

    Support the creation or revision of various PowerPoint/Google presentations whether intended for an external or internal audienceManage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scopeIdentifies and addresses issues and risks on projectRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technical, or a similar field is required.2+ years experience managing tangible products/projects/programs is required, preferably in the building products/manufacturing space.

    Google Suite (docs, sheets, slides, gmail, drive, etc)Local to area and able to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ 3 days a week.


    Preferred:
    Experience working with 3rd party vendorsAdobe WorkFrontJob / General knowledge/skills:Demonstrated ability to oversee projects involving multi-disciplines.
    Good ability to execute projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
    Strong ability to Influence and drive cross-functional decisions and initiatives.
    Ability to drive results, to think conceptually, prioritize, multi-task, analyze and problem solve.
