Job Title: Team Member / Party Host
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $18 per hour + party tips
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available; evenings, weekends, and holidays required
Location: Paramus, NJ.
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, reliable Team Members / Party Hosts to help create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for our guests. This role combines customer service, event hosting, and general facility support. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable engaging with both children and adults during parties and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Host birthday parties and group events from start to finish
- Welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide excellent customer service
- Set up and clean party areas, tables, and activity spaces
- Lead games, activities, or event schedules as needed
- Serve food and beverages while following safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and organized facility throughout shifts
- Monitor guest safety and report any issues to management
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support teammates with daily operational tasks
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Fast-paced, high-energy environment with frequent interaction with families and children
- Standing, walking, lifting, and moving party supplies for extended periods
- Ability to work in a loud and active setting
- Must be comfortable multitasking and staying organized during busy events
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak party times
- Previous customer service or event hosting experience is a plus but not required
- Must work well both independently and as part of a team
