    Entira Family Clinics is looking for a Referral Coordinator to be part of a dedicated team in a physician owned organization providing exceptional quality of care to our patients.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for scheduling outside appointments for patients with specialists, radiology, etc Completing the referral module for all referrals (specialist, outside tests and radiology) and faxing to the insurance company as needed Faxing/transmitting diagnostic imaging and physical therapy orders Entering orders into the Minnesota Gastroenterology web site Creating orders for tests as needed Sending appropriate notes, labs, and reports to specialists Performing quality checks to verify outside test appointments are kept Participation with patient and family-centered principles that are aligned with Health Care Home standards Requirements: HS diploma, GED, or equivalent required Previous experience in a medical setting preferred Medical terminology and computer skills a plus Must possess excellent organizational, communication and human relations skills Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
