This role is built around real orthopedic physical therapy, not watered-down care or stacked schedules. In this role, you will: Perform thorough evaluations and build plans of care based on clinical reasoning, not speed Treat a strong mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, and performance-based cases Deliver true one-on-one visits with time to assess educate coach and progress patients meaningfully Use your judgment to select interventions progressions and dosage that drive outcomes Build patient trust through clear communication confident decision-making and skilled care Grow into advanced clinical skill development and leadership pathways as you sharpen your craft.Benefits
