    Description

    Job Title: Banquet Server

    We are seeking highly motivated and experienced banquet servers to join our team at The Party Staff in San Diego, CA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to guests by attending to their needs promptly and efficiently.
    • Set up and break down banquet tables according to the specific requirements of each event.
    • Maintain a smooth flow of service throughout the event by communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
    • Ensure that all guests receive great customer service and have a positive experience.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a banquet server (or willingness to learn) is essential for this role.
    • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are necessary to succeed in this position.
    • Excellent customer service skills are required to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift/carry items up to 25lbs.
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
