Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Operations Manager in the Audio Department at Technotrix Inc. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the audio department, including equipment management, maintenance, and scheduling. Working with Department/Operational Managers This role requires on-site work and is located in Calumet City, IL.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience working with audio equipment, including mixing consoles, microphones, and speakers
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment
• Experience managing a team and coordinating schedules
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the event production industry is preferred
• Experience with Inventory Management software is a big plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
