- Knowledge and experience working with audio equipment, including mixing consoles, microphones, and speakers
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment
- Experience managing a team and coordinating schedules
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the event production industry is preferred
