- Responsible for all recruitment activities including, sourcing, screening, and managing candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy
- Manage up to 20 openings
- Build a diverse pipeline through job fairs, colleges, and trade schools
- Host job fairs
- Identify, develop and maintain sourcing networks including LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, &professional organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 5 years of recruiting experience; preferably a combination of agency and corporate
- Willing to work onsite 3 days/week
- Experienced recruiting for engineering roles (mechanical, electrical, etc) preferred
- Experiences working within an ATS system, Success Factors preferred
- Work with all levels of leadership, and maintain confidentiality

Description
We are recruiting a driven hybrid Recruiter In this role you'll partner with hiring managers to source and recruit for key roles in Wisconsin, IL, TX, and more.
This position is with an equipment manufacturer. You'll mainly work on hourly roles, with some salaried positions from time to time, as well as union and non union.
There are some opportunities to do some HR Generalist activites, and is a great position for a recruiter that wants to eventually expand and grow in HR.
