Job Description Overview:

As general manager you will play a pivotal role in ovreseeing all aspects of our operations, from stratgic planning to day-to-day management.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Oversee financial performance and budgetary processes to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
Provide leadership to motivate team toward common goal.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to mesure the companies operational efficiency.
Direct and coordinate all operational activities, including production, engineering, and logistics.
Address customer inquiries,concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Recruit, train and mentor employees to build a high-performing and cohesive team.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. MBA or advanced degree a plus
Proven experiece in a senior management role, preferably within the motion control industry or related industries.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated track record of driving growth and profitability.
