- Five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Three (3) years of experience using object-oriented programming languages such as C++ and Java
- Experience implementing the design and integration of software
- Experience preparing technical documentation, conducting program tests, and correcting program errors
- Familiarity with computer programming standards, conventions, and techniques
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Experience analyzing user requests to derive software design and performance requirements
- Experience providing recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
